4th and 5th: We have finished Maniac Magee and have returned the books. No title sheets will be accepted after Friday. Your tests and essays have convinced me that you've enjoyed the book. Let's take a moment to reflect on the struggles of segregation and integration. Speak to your parents, grandparents and great-grandparents about integration and chronicle some of their memories to share with the class.
Compass is always due-60 minutes per week! You will shortly see your Compass grade on OnCourse. Look for a posting Monday or Tuesday! Get your time in. This is FCAT prep and you need it. If you are in FCAT Explorer, I am keeping an eye on you, also. FCAT is challenging for many students. One reason is because you have to test on-screen.
